About Care Pathways

Passionate early childhood professionals, working as one team.

We provide services to children in Melbourne's outer east and outer south east, in the places they know best: home, childcare, kinder and school.

How we work with you

We understand that children learn best from people they know and trust, in their own environments such as their home or childcare.

We meet you at home or in other community settings to develop therapeutic strategies you can use within your everyday activities and routines. Your child practises new skills many times a day, and you don't need to find time to visit a clinic.
