Drawing on her clinical background and decades of experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams, Ashlee is dedicated to helping people navigate their unique journeys and access the support they need to achieve meaningful outcomes. She is particularly passionate about person-centred care, empowering individuals to build independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life.

Ashlee has a strong understanding of the NDIS, community health, aged care, Medicare, and private healthcare systems, enabling her to support participants, families, and professionals in navigating services and achieving the best possible outcomes.

Known for her approachable nature and collaborative style, Ashlee values building strong relationships with participants, families, clinicians, educators, and community partners. She believes that meaningful progress is achieved when people feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Michaela is a paediatric occupational therapist whose passion lies in supporting the independence of young people who live with a disability. Michaela sparked an interest in occupational therapy after witnessing the positive impact it had on her brother’s life by increasing his engagement with daily activities.

Michaela supports children and their families in a fun and empathetic manner using best-practice interventions. She draws on the child’s interest in conjunction with using a family-centered approach to ensure that interventions are meaningful, achievable, and sustainable. Michaela is also highly reflective to ensure she delivers a high-quality therapy practice.

Lastly, Michaela values working in a team around the child approach, drawing on the expertise of other professionals when required to provide a holistic approach to therapy. She enjoys building relationships with colleagues and working collaboratively to gain successful outcomes for families accessing therapy services.

Liz is a Clinical Psychologist with over five years of experience supporting children, young people, parents, and families across a variety of settings, including community mental health (headspace), sub-acute care (Youth Prevention and Recovery Centre – YPARC), schools, and private practice.

She is passionate about relational care, guided by attachment theory, and works through a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming lens. Liz’s goal is to help families raise emotionally resilient children who feel safe to come to their parents with life’s challenges — and to support parents in feeling confident and equipped to respond to their child’s big and sometimes confusing feelings.

Liz offers ADHD coaching for parents and provides support in understanding autism and profiles such as Pervasive Drive for Autonomy (PDA, also known as Pathological Demand Avoidance). She is committed to helping caregivers make sense of their child’s unique neurodevelopmental profile and behaviour, fostering compassion, connection, and practical strategies.

In her therapeutic work, Liz draws on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each family’s needs. A key modality she uses is Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) — an attachment-focused therapy designed to support children who have experienced trauma or relational disruptions. DDP involves working with both the child and caregiver together, using the principles of PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) to create emotional safety and strengthen the parent-child bond. This approach helps children feel understood and supported, while empowering caregivers to respond in ways that promote healing and connection.

Liz also incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and somatic-based therapies to support emotional regulation, behavioural change, and wellbeing.

Liz provides diagnostic assessments for ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, specific learning disorders, and intellectual disabilities, and conducts cognitive, educational, and functional assessments to better understand children’s needs.

She is experienced in supporting families to navigate the NDIS and achieve meaningful goals. Luca is an Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting children and their families through meaningful and evidence-based paediatric interventions. He is committed to empowering families by helping them develop achievable, functional goals and build strong support networks that foster confidence and independence.

During his studies, Luca completed an 8-week school-based placement, which provided him with valuable insight into paediatrics and the diverse needs of children. This experience deepened his understanding of developmental milestones, sensory processing, and strategies to enhance participation in everyday activities.

Luca works collaboratively with families to create tailored interventions that promote engagement, growth, and well-being. His approach focuses on building skills, supporting inclusion, and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive in their home, school, and community environments.

Sarah is a paediatric Occupational Therapist with a deep commitment to family-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming practice. She is passionate about supporting children in developing skills for everyday life through play and evidence-based therapy.

Recognising that each child is unique, Sarah integrates a strengths-based approach to foster a child’s confidence, participation, and independence. She uses her compassion and curiosity to collaborate with families to establish practical supports to assist to a child to achieve their goals.

She is a strong believer in the team around the child approach to provide the most holistic approach and values her colleague’s perspectives to support her families support goals and learn.

Louisa has been dedicated to supporting children with diverse communication needs as a speech pathologist since 2019. With experience in the educational settings, Louisa uses a collaborative approach – working closely with families, support networks and other therapeutic professionals to ensure consistent and holistic care.

At Care Pathways Australia, Louisa brings a deep understanding of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and complex physical presentations that impact speech, language, and mealtimes.

Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, Louisa is currently completing a postgraduate certification in Complex Communication Needs through Edith Cowen University.

Louisa’s therapeutic philosophy centres on empowering children to communicate in their own unique way, placing a holistic and child-centred approach at the heart of every intervention.

Outside of work, Louisa likes to play board games with friends, watching Bluey, exploring creative hobbies, and spending time with their two adorable cats, Odette and Aslan.

Jessica is a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping children thrive and supporting the families who care for them. Since 2016, she has worked with people of all ages and abilities across a variety of settings, developing a special interest in early intervention.

Throughout her career, Jessica has been involved in a number of specialised paediatric services, including equipment prescription, cerebral palsy surveillance clinics, hydrotherapy, and early intervention assessment clinics.

Families often describe Jessica as warm, approachable, and easy to connect with. She focuses on building strong, trusting relationships and making therapy sessions fun, engaging, and meaningful. Her goal is always to support each child and their family in a way that suits their unique needs, interests, and goals.

Having a close family member on the NDIS gives her a deeper understanding of the daily challenges families may face, and strengthens her commitment to providing personalised, family-centred support.

Rani is a caring and hardworking paediatric Speech Pathologist who has experience working with pre-school and school-aged children across a variety of settings such as private practice, kindergarten, and schools. She is a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia. Her areas of interest include speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, language, early intervention, literacy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Rani is passionate about providing a family-centred, holistic approach to care for her clients and their families. She strives to deliver this by working closely with families to create goals that are personalised, meaningful, and functional. She enjoys working alongside families, her team members and other health professionals to support children to achieve their communication goals.

Rani is dedicated to creating therapy sessions that are fun and motivating for her clients, while ensuring delivery of evidence-based therapy approaches. She is a big advocate for neurodiversity-affirming practice and strongly believes that the key to effective therapy involves incorporating the child’s strengths and interests through play-based learning.

Hugo Farrant is a dedicated speech pathologist with a Master of Speech Pathology and three years of experience working within the NDIS framework in community settings. He has supported a diverse range of clients, primarily primary-aged children, addressing varied speech, language, and communication needs. His clinical focus spans augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), social communication, and literacy development, allowing him to provide targeted, evidence-based interventions for each individual.

Hugo takes a family-centred approach, collaborating closely with caregivers to ensure therapy goals are meaningful, functional, and achievable. He prioritises client engagement, creatively incorporating each client’s unique interests - such as music, media, and play - into therapy to foster motivation, skill development, and lasting outcomes. His practice is grounded in evidence-based methods, balanced with innovative strategies that reflect his adaptive and imaginative approach to therapy.

Meg Rudman is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children and young people to develop and thrive in their lives. She has experience working with children aged 2 to 18 years with varying developmental needs, delivering supports in both clinic and outreach settings. Meg has experience with Medicare, NDIS, and the private sector.

Meg is committed to adopting a strengths-based approach, recognising, and building on each child and young person’s unique abilities and interests. She strives to provide neuroaffirming and culturally responsive care, creating a safe and inclusive therapeutic space where children and families feel respected, understood, and supported.

Known for her fun, creative, and play-based style, Meg uses engaging, evidence-informed strategies to help children develop skills, confidence, and independence in a way that feels meaningful to them. She values working collaboratively with families and other supports to ensure therapy is practical, holistic, and tailored to each individual.

Her areas of interest include emotional regulation, parent coaching, social participation, handwriting, and fine motor development. Meg published a journal article titled ‘How prepared is Australian occupational therapy to decolonise its practice?’ reflecting her commitment to ongoing learning, and evidence-based practice.

Dwayne is an Occupational Therapist who completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at Monash University. He has experience working with children in disability school settings, where he supported engagement, behaviour, and participation in daily routines. He is passionate about helping children and their families build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

Dwayne has completed placements across both community and hospital settings, developing strong skills in assessment, goal setting, and delivering client centred interventions. He enjoys working with children to support their individual goals through engaging and play based therapy tailored to each child’s strengths and needs, always aiming to make sessions enjoyable and meaningful.

Dwayne is committed to providing evidence based and neurodiversity affirming care, creating a positive and supportive environment where children feel safe, understood, and motivated to try new things. Megan Hatherley is an MBA‑qualified psychologist and wellbeing consultant with over 20 years’ experience supporting families, children, and complex psychosocial needs across a diverse range of settings. She provides parent coaching and NDIS navigation support, helping caregivers build confidence, understand their child’s developmental and behavioural needs, and create practical routines that strengthen regulation, connection, and daily functioning.

Megan brings extensive experience in psychological assessment, early‑intervention planning, behaviour support coaching, and family‑centred practice. Her approach is neuroaffirming, strengths‑based, and collaborative, ensuring parents feel heard, supported, and equipped with clear strategies that fit their child’s unique profile. She assists families to understand psychological diagnoses and implement evidence‑based supports at home.

With a calm, compassionate style, Megan partners with parents to reduce overwhelm, improve coping, and make informed decisions that promote their child’s wellbeing and long‑term development.
