-
How do I make a referral?
Making a referral is simple. Complete our online referral form, and our team will contact you to discuss your needs and next steps. You can refer yourself, your child or someone you support, and referrals can also be made by Support Coordinators, health professionals and other professionals.
-
What happens after I submit a referral?
Our team will contact you within 24 hours to learn more about what support you’re looking for, your location, availability and goals. We’ll then match you with the clinician best suited to your individual needs.
-
What if I’m not sure which service I need?

What assessments do you provide?
We provide a range of allied health, functional, developmental and psychological assessments, including diagnostic assessment where clinically appropriate. Contact us if you’re unsure which assessment you need.
-
How much do services cost and how does invoicing work?
Fees depend on the service, appointment type and funding arrangement. We support NDIS, private and eligible Medicare clients, and any applicable therapy, assessment, report or travel costs will be explained before services commence. For plan-managed NDIS participants, invoices can be sent directly to your Plan Manager where appropriate.
